Description

• An industrial trowelable 2-component epoxy mortar
• 3x stronger than concrete
• Can be processed without additional primer or base coatings
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications
• Applicable in unlimited thicknesses and can be worked up to zero level without loss of strength and shrinkage
• Resistant to heavy traffic, forklifts, pallet trucks

Applications

• Repair of damage in industrial floors, roadways, garage floors, bridge decks, weighbridges, loading docks, driveways, concrete joint nosing, pits
• Levelling and sloping mortar for the creation of durable impact-free transitions for rolling traffic at doors, gates, passageways, pavements
• Stair and step repair compound
• Fastening and lateral levelling of door tracks, floor profiles
• Tile repair compound. For filling holes in missing tiles as well as for setting and grouting new tiles.
• Repair mortar for floorboards
• Creation of small speed bumps or catastrophe zones for fire water and/or chemical storage areas
• Sealing of wide cracks, fissures and other floor degradations

• Composition: epoxy resin, polyamine hardener and acid washed, annealed quartz granules.
• Colour: concrete colour.
• Solids content: 100%.
• Density: approx 2 /- 0.1 kg/dm³.
• Compressive strength: 41 N/mm².
• Bending tensile strength: 20 N/mm².
• E-modulus: 1701 N/mm².
• Harding: Shrinkproof.
• Adherence: to stone, concrete, wood: exceeds the cohesion of the substrate
• to metals: minimum 2 N/mm²
• to plastics: should always be tested.
• Does not adhere to polyethylene or polypropylene film (stripping agents when using formwork).
• Temperature resistance:
• permanent from -30°C to 50°C
• accidenteel 90°C
• Mould resistance at no load: 200°C.
• Resists steam cleaning perfectly.
• Chemical resistance: resists acids, alkalis, salts, oils, petrol, heating oil, fertilisers urine, most solvents, aggressive vapours, sea air
