• During normal operation of a tool, the operator applies a variable load, which, due to the frictional forces and the work performed by the motor, can reduce the number of revolutions of the motor and, in the case of a DA random orbital, is such that the number of disc revolutions is reduced to zero
• The load exerted by the operator during normal use of a tool varies considerably over time, causing large variations in speed of the number of lanes and rotation of the rotor disc and consequently reducing the uniformity and effectiveness of the work operation
• A more homogeneous process leads to a significant reduction in working times. In the case of tools with triple action, and similar to the movement of random eccentric tools of DA, the disc, usually circular, follows an orbit and can rotate freely around its own central axis, but thanks to a special epicyclic gearing at the front of the cam group, the torque value is significantly increased, while at the same time the speed is reduced
• The use of this solution considerably minimises the impact of a performance variable (the load applied by the user) and, as a result, increases the uniformity of the tool''s performance
• This significantly improves surface finish and drastically reduces vibration levels
• From the very first use, it is clear how advantageous this configuration is in terms of effectiveness and vibration reduction, all thanks to the introduction of the epicyclic gearbox; this is a technical improvement that so thoroughly improves and changes the functionality of the tool that it deserves a new displacement category, the TRIPLE ACTION
