• The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY support system has been specially designed for processing large format ceramic plates and tiles up to a length of 320 cm. The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY system can be used as a supplement to the SLIM CUTTER cutting system and the TC-125 sawing system
• The system consists of a set of two reinforced extruded aluminium profiles, retractable and adjustable from 165 to 320 cm, and two perpendicular crossbars that enhance the robustness and stability of the whole, especially when handling the heaviest pieces
• Thanks to the 6 vacuum suction cups, the tiler can adjust the attachment points to ensure that the ceramic slabs are transported in the correct manner
• For a correct fixation of the system we have to check if the surface of the plate is free of dust or other residues
• The set has 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide, allowing the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY to be adapted at any time and to any size
• The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY support system is primarily designed for processing ceramic slabs with a thickness of 6 mm or more
• These materials are not only a challenge because of their volume (surface), but they are also very heavy compared to the 3 or 5 mm sheets we were used to until now. The design of the aluminum profiles of the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY gives this support system a maximum load capacity of 140 kg
• It is important to stress that this is the maximum load capacity and should not be exceeded under any circumstances
• It is also important to check the carrying weight per person
• Therefore, in some cases 3 or 4 people will be needed to ensure safety
