The Kyoritsu 3125A is a 5kV Insulation Resistance Meter with test voltages of 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V and 5000V. The meter can also chart the Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR). In addition, the meter features AC/DC voltage measurement.
