Kyoritsu 30035308 12kV Digital High-Voltage Insulation Resistance Meter

The Kyoritsu 3128 is a 12kV Insulation Resistance Meter with test voltages of 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5kV, 10kV and 12kV. The meter can also chart the Polarization Index (PI), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) and Dielectric Discharge (DD). In addition, the meter features a graphical display of insulation resistance and leakage current over time.
