The TS 55 can cut to a depth of up to 55 mm. It cuts easily through wood, sheet metal, plastic, laminate, etc.
The spring-loaded spacer wedge prevents kickbacks, and the TS 55's dust extraction system (optional) prevents splinters and chips from flying off in all directions.
Working with the (optional) matching guide rail of the FS model of the TS 55, it is possible to make precise square or mitre cuts.
The combination of a dust bag or directly attachable Festool hoover to the TS allows you to work virtually dust-free at any location.
The manual circular saw is available in various versions and assemblies, but is always supplied in a practical stackable Festool systainer as standard.
